## Questions, answered by the maker

**Is my data private?**
Your library stays local by default and works offline. Signing in does not automatically upload it. Cloud subscribers choose separately whether to sync eligible clips and Pages; sensitive clips, locked Pages, temporary clips and local file references are excluded. PasteNotch skips clipboard items marked concealed or transient by apps such as password managers.

**Is there a free trial?**
Yes. Sign in with Google or an email code and try everything in the app free for 14 days. The clipboard app then costs $4.99 once. Optional Cloud costs $4.99/month with 25 GB and adds capture tools, sharing and a web library. Existing clips, search and paste remain available after the trial; saving new clips pauses until purchase.

**Which Macs does it run on?**
PasteNotch requires macOS 14 Sonoma or later. It runs on Apple silicon and Intel Macs, with or without a hardware notch: use the menu bar or ⇧⌘V on any supported Mac. The download is signed, notarized by Apple and updates itself. The iPhone companion remains in internal TestFlight testing and is not yet on the App Store.
