SnapDogNueva

SnapDog is a fast, native macOS menu-bar app for capturing, annotating, and sharing your screen. One key for fullscreen, window, or region. Annotate without launching another app. Upload to your account on Imgur, Dropbox, SFTP, or any ShareX-compatible host — or just save locally.

CAPTURE

• Fullscreen, window, or precise region — region picker has a 4× magnifier loupe and live pixel readout

• Capture the display under the cursor on multi-monitor setups

• Delayed captures (3 / 5 / 10s) with a cancellable countdown

• Stitch capture for tall pages — pick a region, scroll, click Add Frame

• Recognize text (OCR), decode QR codes, generate QR codes

• On-screen color picker with a magnifier loupe and hex / RGB readout

• On-screen ruler for measuring distances in pixels

RECORD

• Screen recording in MP4, MOV, or GIF (with optional auto-export to GIF)

• Multi-monitor display picker before each recording

• Webcam picture-in-picture — drag and resize a floating preview, the recording follows it

• Webcam-only recording mode for quick talking-head clips

• Pause and resume mid-recording (no gap in the saved file)

• 3-2-1 countdown HUD before recording starts

• System audio and microphone as separate tracks

• Click ripple visualizer — yellow ripples on every click for tutorial videos

• Quality presets: High / Balanced / Small / Custom bitrate

EDITOR

• Rectangle, ellipse, arrow, line, freehand, polygon, text, blur / pixelate, highlight, speech balloons
