MacOS Cleaner is a free, native cleaner and uninstaller for macOS 26+, built with Swift 6 and SwiftUI. It scans 55 cleanup categories, including Xcode, Docker and other developer toolchains and local AI model caches, finds app leftovers and duplicates (SHA-256), and includes a disk analyzer. Everything is shown for review first: caches and logs are deleted after path validation, while uninstalled apps and duplicates go to the Trash. Available in 14 languages. Requires macOS 26 and Apple Silicon. Ad-hoc signed, not notarized (first launch: Privacy & Security > Open Anyway). The app checks GitHub Releases for updates on every launch. Source-available under GPLv3 + Commons Clause.
