Lectern AINew

Turn any presentation — PowerPoint, PDF, Word, and more — into professional instructor talk tracks in minutes, powered by AI.

Lectern AI reads your presentation slides and generates natural, engaging speaking notes that sound like they were written by an experienced teacher. Whether you're a professor preparing a lecture, a corporate trainer running a workshop, or a conference speaker polishing your delivery — Lectern AI saves you hours of preparation time.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Drop in your presentation — PowerPoint, PDF, Word, Excel, OpenDocument, RTF, EPUB, or CSV

2. Choose your subject template and audience

3. Select which slides to process

4. Watch as AI generates talk tracks in real-time

5. Review, edit, and refine your notes

6. Export as a branded PDF or inject directly into PowerPoint speaker notes

WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL

• Natural, conversational talk tracks that sound like YOU — not a robot

• 7 built-in subject templates: Generic, Corporate Training, Higher Education, K-12, Conference Talk, Security+, CISSP

• Live web research finds current examples for every slide

• Two-pass refinement weaves slides into one cohesive lesson

• Target lesson duration — the AI paces your talk tracks to fit 30 minutes or 3 hours

• Turbo mode processes up to 8 slides in parallel

• Multi-provider mode distributes work across multiple AI services simultaneously

• Universal import: Word, Excel, classic .ppt, OpenDocument, RTF, EPUB, and CSV convert to decks entirely on your Mac — no upload, no account

• AI vision reads your charts and diagrams so labels and values make it into your talk track (Pro)

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR MAC

Lectern AI is fully sandboxed and never stores your data on any server. Your presentations go directly from your Mac to the AI provider you choose — nowhere else. You bring your own API key (free tiers available from most providers).
