Four tips for a good launch

Say what it does in the one lineSomeone scanning a list should know what your app is for in one read. Plain beats clever.
Show the real thingScreenshots of the actual app, in the first few seconds of using it, do more than any slogan.
Be around on the dayLaunch on a day you can answer email and reply to people. It is a nice day to be reachable.
Tell the people who already careYour list, your friends, your customers. Ask them to try it, not to vote. We remove launches that buy votes.
